Instructions about WFFJ Membership Application;

         Please print one of paper sizes of the WFFJ Membership Request Form and fill it out by hand.  Make sure that you sign for the WAIVER OF LIABILITY.  Scan it and e-mail to wffjinfo@gmail.com.  If you want to receive the WFFJ Membership Application From in word document, please e-mail us.  If you can not print it out, please e-mail us with your address.   The original form will be sent to  your address. .  
          Please mail the original WFFJ Membership Application From with your signature. If you want to mail it to the address in the USA, please send e-mail to us.  Otherwise, please mail it to the address in below.

Pay by Remitting  Bank to Bank:

        If you would like to remit the membership fee, in the amount of Jp Yen 2, 000  from your bank to the JP Yen account of World Fly Fishing of Japan (WFFJ) at our  Japanese  bank, please e-mail to us and the detail information of the WFFJ account will be sent to you.

    

Pay in the US$;

         Please e-mail your request for the payment in the US$ as WFFJ Annual WFFJ Membership dues (from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31). The instruction how to pay in US$ will be sent to you by e-mail.
